Our blow-in insulation consists of a special, stabilized leather fiber that can be processed helically and homogeneously during production. This makes a combination of acoustic and thermal insulation possible. Due to the natural conditions, our fiber is self-extinguishing even without chemical additives and does not continue to burn without external energy. The moisture-regulating properties ensure a pleasant indoor climate at any time of the year.

Possibilities

Our application starts where sound and noise occur. As long as our fibers can be blown in, acoustics and thermal insulation can be improved. Imagine this potential in interiors: As walls, filled cushions or panels, reduce these disturbing sound sources in the simplest way possible.

Sustainability

No new resources are needed or used. We use one hundred percent upcycled leather fiber here – incurred directly from the production process. The special preparation of the fibers does not require any water and is designed to be as low-energy as possible. We produce and store CALOR in Europe in order to reach our clients as quickly as possible – avoiding long transport routes.
